For the sandwich, she used Macro flaxseed and sunflower buns, which are rich in protein and low in carbohydrates.

She also bought Macro Mighty Bites Cheeky Cocoa Balls, available for $ 4.50 at Woolworths in a back of five.

Packing a lunch box instead of buying food also means you ‘don’t have to worry’ about what to eat throughout the day.

Susie said this allows you to ‘grab’ your nutrition, plan ahead, and save money in the long run.

The simple meal guide can be changed every week to keep the meal plan exciting – like replacing a sandwich with a wrap and buying different fruits and vegetables.
