A cricket match was stopped mid-play when two warring spectators invaded the field and confronted each other.
Shocking footage shows a man running towards the wicket before ripping out one of the stumps and spinning with it to face his pursuer.
The pursuer, wielding a bat and followed by a dog, follows the first man to the wicket as the players watch in bewilderment.
Both men appear to threaten each other before eventually leaving the field hurling insults at each other while players can be heard telling them to “get off the field.”
The bizarre mini-brawl occurred at Connah’s Quay Cricket Club in Deeside, north Wales, when the home team took on local rivals Ruthin in a North Wales Cricket League Division Three match.
