Mothers are flocking to the discount supermarket to get their hands on the $4.29 roti flatbreads, with many claiming it tastes as good as restaurant food.

“These are absolutely terrible,” she joked. “As a public service, I will buy them all so you don’t have to suffer the convenience of flaky, buttery Roti that can be cooked straight from frozen.”

She added: ‘Jokes aside, this is my new obsession!’
