A sister has a disagreement by helping her brother plan a lavish surprise for his girlfriend on the occasion of their one year anniversary.
She posted photos of the extravagant spread of expensive lingerie, wine, pastries, candles, giant heart-shaped balloons and seven gift bags to an Australian Facebook group, telling members that she had arranged everything for him.
The photos have been loved 1,900 times since they were shared on Monday morning with many calling her brother “ the perfect man, ” but not everyone was impressed by the romantic gesture.
The post initially received such a negative response that the group manager was forced to remove comments that hit the woman for engaging herself in her brother and sister’s love life and being too “extravagant.”
“Was it your brother’s surprise for his girlfriend or your surprise for his girlfriend?” one person asked in an answer that is still visible below the photos.

Too much or just enough? An Australian woman arranged this lavish spread as a surprise to her younger brother’s girlfriend on the occasion of their one year anniversary
A photo of the spread shows two trays filled with wine, champagne flutes and an assortment of pastries, cheese and crackers
The images show giant heart-shaped balloons with helium above the bed, with a dozen smaller balloons and lightly scattered across the floor.
Seven Kmart gift bags filled with trinkets are located at the head of the bed, along with an eighth bag from the luxury lingerie label Honey Birdette.
At the base are two trays, the first with a bottle of white wine and two champagne flutes and the second with pastries, cheese and crackers.
The woman went back to trolling and asked why they thought it was wrong for her to help her brother surprise the girl he loved.
“I helped him plan this and went to the store together, he bought the stuff himself,” she said.

He can also make his own plans for the occasion. Over the weekend, he took his beautiful girlfriend for an overnight stay in the city with dinner and a trip to the zoo.
“Our plan with this was to have a real birthday date for her.”
Many defended her by pointing out that hatred is often a sign of jealousy.
“People can be so terrible. I love that you and your brother are so close and you can help him, “said one.
Another said, “These people are just jealous. I love that he wanted to do something like that and had the b *** s ask for help to get it done! ‘
Others were supportive and joked that her decorative handicrafts had put her on track to become an aunt.
“Brownie points at your sister! I hope he knows he’s MORE than owed you! What a great job you did, it looks so good, “said one of them.
A second asked if she would be “ready to become an aunt” in nine months.
A third wondered how her brother could surpass anniversary gifts in the future.
“He knows it has to be staged every year, right? I want to see photos every year, ”she said.
Some praised the young man for his romantic endeavors, calling the gesture “boyfriend goals.”
“Where can I find a man who does such beautiful things ?! Happy woman, “said one.
