A home cook has revealed her quick and easy two-ingredient recipe for a restaurant-style barbecue pork.
Joyce said she marinated the pork shoulder in a $ 4.50 sauce, purchased from Woolworths, before cooking it in her air fryer.
“ I used just over a kilo of boneless pork shoulder, cut into two long portions and marinated in five tablespoons of ‘Char Siu Sauce’ (‘Lee Kum kee’ brand) overnight, ‘she wrote in a popular Australian Facebook group .

How to make Chinese barbecue pork in a hot air fryer
1 kg boneless pork shoulder
5 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce
Cut the pork into two equal portions and put them in a bowl
Pour in the char sui sauce and stir to combine
Leave to marinate overnight
If you are reading to cook, place it in the air fryer and baste with an extra tablespoon of char sui sauce
Cook for 12 minutes on each side at 180 degrees Celsius
