The child was then taken for medical treatment.

Senior police sources told 9 News that Free's phone and computer had been confiscated.

It's a quiet street and when I saw all these cars, I stuck my head out and there was a police hunt in and out of the house, a neighbor said.
I could not believe what I saw and then they brought him out with the handcuffs and brought him to the front yard. & # 39;
Another neighbor said that she had only met Free once, but on that occasion he spent more than an hour finding her dog after she had escaped from her backyard.
Other homeowners in the street – some with their own children – were completely unaware of the alleged sexual predator they'd heard about on the news that lived only a few doors away.
However, they regularly noticed police patrols on the streets after violent violence had been committed on social media.

The magistrate wearing the bow tie said he does not want Free & # 39; to be lynched & # 39; on social media and in the court of public opinion.
& # 39; I fully support the position of the police to stop providing information. Less information would have been more useful, "said Mr. Morgan.
"What I must remember is the behavior of the public", he said.
Daily Mail Australia previously unveiled Free was known to child protection services in QLD and was previously investigated by the police for alleged attacks involving children.
Free did not come to court and his service lawyer did not ask for bail on his behalf and it was formally refused. He will remain in custody until his next session in February next year.
