A Florida woman was arrested for beating her 26-year-old stepson with a leather belt when he arrived home 30 minutes after the curfew.
Valerie Branch-Galloway, 42, was charged with household batteries about the incident that occurred during her stay in Largo in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Branch-Galloway reportedly called the man at midnight asking why he was not back at the property by his 12 AM deadline.
When he arrived half an hour later, Branch-Galloway would have given the victim an ultimatum – she could tell his father that he had violated the curfew or that he & # 39; is licking & # 39; from a leather belt.
The stepmother is accused of hitting the man's buttocks eleven times before begging her to stop, Local10.com.
Branch-Galloway, however, continued to scourge her stepson a further 19 times, causing bruises on his body.
She would have known to the police that she had hit the man, but denied that he had asked her to stop.
Branch-Galloway has been the male's stepmother for 13 years. However, he only returned to Largo's house three months ago to live with her and his father.
