The White Lotus: Tanya wonders if she's been 'cursed' as tensions rise among all the couples

Tanya McQuoid (Jennifer Coolidge) wonders if Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) has “cursed” her since season one in a new episode of The White Lotus.

Tanya’s Greg Hunt and Jon Gries are the only characters to return from the first season, which was set at a White Lotus resort in Maui, Hawaii.

This season is set at another White Lotus resort in Sicily, as Tanya, whose husband Greg has left her alone to return to Denver for work, wonders if Belinda might have “cursed” her as tensions begin to rise between all the other couples.

The episode opens with a naked Lucia (Simona Tabasco) having sex with Albie (Adam DiMarco) when she asks him if he’s going to cum for her, which he does.

Meanwhile, Portia (Haley Lu Richardson) wakes up in bed with Jack (Leo Woodall) naked when Tanya calls her and tells her they’re going to Palermo and asks if she has any “nice things.”

Will (Ethan Spiller) wakes up and goes to the bathroom, where he finds the condom wrapper his wife Harper (Aubrey Plaza) found.

He asks what the condom wrapper is and she says, ‘You tell me,’ adding that she found it on his couch yesterday.

‘OK look, it’s not what you think. I didn’t do anything. It wasn’t me…it was him, I swear to God,” Will says, which confuses Harper.

‘Did you have sex on the couch? Here? With whom?’ she asks and Will says, ‘With these Italian girls we met at the bar. They were prostitutes.

He says that he can’t remember because he was ‘drunk’ and that he can’t remember and that he was ‘really out of it’.

He adds that one of them tried to kiss him and he “freaked out” and nothing happened.

‘I’m gone for a fucking night and you molly with hookers?’ Harper says.

Will insists that she should be happy about this because all this happened but he didn’t do anything.

Back in Albie’s room, Lucia is getting ready to leave and awkwardly asks if he has his money, saying it’s 2000 for the night.

“Sorry, I thought you knew,” he says to an uncomfortable Albie, who says he didn’t.

She says that he is nice and that she didn’t know and that she doesn’t have to pay but adds that there is a crazy person who asks her for money.

She says that if he doesn’t want to see her again she would understand, but he insists that he likes her and wants to see her again.

She kisses him before leaving Albie’s hotel room, as she is clearly conflicted.

Tanya and Portia are having breakfast, while Tanya asks Portia if she thinks he hasn’t noticed.

‘Sometimes I think I should have opened that poor women’s spa with that girl from Maui. You know, because she was like a real healer. The royal deal. But you know, sometimes I think those healers are a bit of a witch. Hm. Maybe she cursed me,’ says Tanya.

Albie is having breakfast with Bert and Dom when Albie asks him for some money. Dom says that she can give him 200 euros but she says that she needs more.

Mia and Lucia walk past Cameron, Daphne, Harper, and Will, saying that she rented a car to see some wineries.

‘Yeah, let’s get drunk. Maybe we can find some molly and really get mad,” Harper says before leaving the table, as Will and Cameron exchange odd looks.

Lucia and Mia talk about Albie when Valentina walks by and Mia chases after her saying that she can sing while Guisseppe is away, but she doesn’t want him to sing.

Dom goes to look for Lucia and asks her if they have been charging things to her room and Lucia says that she has been charging some food and things.

Dom says that it’s fine, but in return he should stop seeing his son, asking him not to tell him about them.

He asks if they went to her father’s room and she said no…but then she said she was only there once.

Dom says that “it was not right” that they entered his room and tells him not to do that again since they part amicably.

Albie meets up with Portia before she leaves for Palermo as they awkwardly say goodbye before she leaves with Tanya for Palermo.

Valentina approaches Isabella, who is having a conversation with her co-worker when she starts flirting with Isabella and talks about the brooch she bought for her.
