John Legend used his save button in the final minute of Tuesday’s episode of The Voice to keep sister duo The Marilynds alive as the Battle Rounds continue.

The sisters, Lindsey and Casey Staniszewski, both from Maryland, were stunned when he survived.

When they finished the song, Camila Cabello, 25, told Barrigita her voice sounded easy and sweet.

Gwen Stefani, 53, added, “Barrigita had your personality come out and it was one of a kind.”

In his confession, John said, “Paregita was loved by all the coaches in the blinds and she showed us why.” She has a lovely tone and is very mature, outgoing, and sweet. And he has such a magical presence. So I had to choose Parigita.

Blake’s team contestants Penny Wiig, 29, of Paulson, Montana, and Brayden Lab, 15, of Grass Lake, Michigan, went after and met their advisor, country singer Jimmy Allen.

“I just wanted to see which one would stand out as the best male singer,” Blake said on camera.

Blake gave them the country song Pretty Hard by Parker McCollum. Blake and Jamie encouraged them to be believable.

“The first time I met Taylor Swift she was 16 years old,” Blake told Brayden. “She didn’t realize that the world was literally at her fingertips and that you had that quality, but you have to start singing that way.”

Benny was nervous about singing a country song when he was more popular. Jimmy encourages them both to drop their guitars for the battle performance and they agree.

‘That was so amazing,’ Camila said when they finished. “The fact that you are 15 years old is a crazy idea.”

Camila told her that the winner of the round was Brayden. Blake told Brayden he liked the tone in his voice and then declared Brayden the winner of the fight.

Legend contestants SOLsong and Morgan Taylor battled it out to sing Die for You by The Weeknd.

Team contestants Gwen Dacia and Julia Aslanli battled it out against each other. Gwen told Daizia her spirit was incredible and she said she was the winner in the fight.

“Special Daisia,” Camilla said.
