Blake Shelton pressed his button to save 16-year-old Rowan Grace as his knockout rounds began on Monday’s episode of NBC’s The Voice.
Rowan, from Rapid City, South Dakota, was saying goodbye after a performance of Vienna by Billy Joel and lost to fellow classmate Kik Gomez, 18, of Miami.
“I feel like I’ve grown up a lot since the blinds,” Rowan said. “I can’t believe I’m here now.”

Blake, 46, pushed the bell to save Rowan just as she was about to leave.
“Does anyone want Roan?” Blake said. – I’ll take Rowan.
The show’s host, Carson Daly, 49, announced that Blake had used one and only stolen on Rowan.
“There was no way I would let Rowan get out of here,” Blake told the camera. ‘I love her voice.’

Rowan had previously fought against Kiki and Destiny Lee, 18, of San Diego. Impossible Destiny was chosen by Christina Aguilera to sing.
“The hardest song in the whole world,” said their coach Gwen Stefani, 53, ahead of a knockout battle in which three artists battle for one spot on the squad.

Bodie is doing better now by Post Malone. Kevin did Kate Bush’s Woman’s Work but Maxwell’s version. Kevin said in a confession that he dedicated the song to his grandmother. The Dryes have performed Chasing After You by Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd.
“These three artists are so talented,” Blake said. “I don’t know how I will make this decision.”

Camilla said she was fascinated by The Dryes.

The Dryes thanked the judges and left. Kevin also thanked the judges and was leaving the stage when Gwen pressed her button to steal it. Camilla hit the steal button, too.
“I pressed too?” Gwen said. “Your performance for me was flawless.”
“I can’t let someone like that go,” said Camila.
Kevin eventually decides to choose Gwen as his new coach.

“I think America will see that Kevin is one of the strongest singers in this whole competition,” Gwen said in a confession.
Camila met Morgan Miles, 36, a singer from Nashville, V. Cello, 22, from Chester, Pennsylvania, and Orlando Mendes, 26, a musician from Miami.

“Everything you sing is authentic to you,” Camila said. “This is amazing.”
He brought his cello to practice and told Camila he was going to sing Hold On by Justin Bieber. Orlando coached Live Like You Were Dying by Tim McGraw.
She chose Camilla Morgan as the winner.
“Cello and Orlando killed it but I had to go with Morgan,” Camilla said. “She’s just a real artist.”

Team Legend rider Parigita Bastola, 17, a high school freshman from Severna Park, Md., went up against Valari, 41, from Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Peyton Aldridge, 25, of Cleveland, Mississippi. Barreguita chose “I’d Rather Be Blind” by Etta James for vocals.
‘I love the vibes you put into it,’ said John.
Valerie chose “Weak by SWV”. Peyton performed Forever After All by Luke Combs. John said he liked the grit in Peyton’s voice.

Parigita was so happy that she hugged her mother backstage.
The Voice will return Tuesdays on NBC.
