The View host Ana Navarro has begged fans for help in a candid new social media post, admitting that she eats a full meal in the early hours of the morning.
The 51-year-old star took to Instagram to reveal that her biological clock was completely out of whack due to her recent vacation in Europe.
Ana and her husband Al Cárdenas spent three weeks in Turkey and Greece before returning to America almost a week ago – but it seems the time difference still bothers her.
Ana filmed herself sitting in the kitchen of her Miami home telling her 737,000 followers, “I need help! This jet lag hurts me! I wake up at three in the morning every day.
“I eat like the fridge at five in the morning, today at four in the morning I ate mahi mahi and broccolini. I’ll play Word with Friends, then I’ll be a zombie for the rest of the day, I need help!’ she begged.

Ana brought herself back to reality by going boating for the weekend with Al and their dog
“You all always know the answers: what is the cure for jet lag? Because Greece was great, but I’m no longer in Greece!’ added Ana, immediately inundated with advice from her fans.
‘Give yourself time. Your body resets to your life in Florida. Give yourself some grace and self-care,” one wrote.
Another advised: ‘Don’t sleep during the day!!! And go to bed around 7pm and the next day at 8pm…. It will go fast. I had the same thing when I came back from Turkey,” and a third said, “Lots of water and vitamins.”
Someone else commented, “No naps. Turn off TV and phone at bedtime. Stay away from the fridge in the middle of the night,” and another fan agreed, writing, “Stay up all day!!! No naps!!’
Ana and Al have picked up Florida life again with a weekend boating trip and even brought along their pet ChaCha.
The brunette star looked happy and relaxed as she sat on board wearing a blue and white patterned shirt and blue crochet top.
Ana completed her look with oversized sunglasses and looked to be making the most of her last days off before The View returns to TV screens on Tuesday, September 5.
While posting her official new promo photo for season 27 of the ABC show, the official Instagram page for the show wrote the caption, “@ananavarrofl is ready to bring him to the #HotTopics table! See you soon!’

The political strategist looked very glamorous in a nude ankle-length dress as she flaunted her slim figure and posed with her hands on her hips.
The other presenters also looked fabulous as Sara Haines showed off her slim physique in a fitted short-sleeved cream dress, while Alyssa Farah Griffin opted for a chic two-piece suit in the same colour.
Alyssa, 34, wore her hair in the usual glossy waves and completed her look with a pair of white pointed stilettos, teasing that she has “SO much to catch up with the ladies!”
A group shot of the ladies posing alongside fellow hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin was also shared – with many joking that the women looked like Real Housewives.
“They look like a Housewives Franchise,” one commented, while another wrote, “The Real Housewives of The View.”
