A victim of sexual abuse and her mother are prosecuting a hospital in Utah after a gynecologist who did live streaming of the girl there when she was 13 years old.
They claim that Lakeview Hospital, Bountiful, bears some responsibility for the girl's damage because it allowed workers, including attacker Nathan Ward, to take and store drugs illegally.
