Sabrina Carpenter has revealed there is an Australian icon she is “terrified” of.
The 24-year-old, who was in Australia opening for Taylor Swiftexpressed her love for Tim Tams, fairy bread and eucalyptus popsicles in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
But the former Disney star revealed that the iconic Australian spread Vegemite scared her.
“I smelled it and the moment I did it, I gave up,” he said.
“I’m actually a little terrified of Vegemite.”

However, she also revealed that she thought the fairy bread was “really good” before adding: “You don’t understand the passion I have for Tim Tams.”
It comes after the star appeared on The Today Show and revealed the exciting news that she plans to return to Australia for her own tour after supporting Taylor on her Eras tour.
A fan asked her if she would consider returning for her own headlining tour, prompting Sabrina to enthusiastically respond, “My manager is looking at me with a smile, so yeah, yeah, that’s happening a lot.”
Teasing more details to come, he added, “Girl, I don’t have the date yet, but I’ll tell you soon.”
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the singer shared her love for Australian sweets. “You don’t understand the passion I have for Tim Tams.”
The former Disney star revealed that he will not go near Vegemite again.
Sabrina was greeted with an epic reception from the crowd as she was presented with friendship bracelets, flowers and other handmade gifts before the interview.
She gushed that her Sydney fans were special and insisted the positive reception they had given her was like nothing else.
Sabrina has toured Australia alongside Taylor, taking to the stage before the global megastar’s show each night to perform for fans.
Carpenter will travel to Singapore for the next leg of the tour.
