The Veronicas’ Jess and Lisa Origliasso are still furious with Channel Nine and the producers of Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

Just a day after publicly slamming the montage of the show, the 36-year-old twins turned to Nine’s publicity department on Thursday for her response to their complaints.

The pair fired off a since-deleted tweet that got back to the network, even accusing the show of a ‘scripted drama’.

Don’t hold back: The Veronicas’ Jess and Lisa Origliasso are still furious with Channel Nine and the producers of Celebrity Apprentice Australia

Celebrity Apprentice commenting that we are ‘heavier’ in upcoming episodes – aka the episodes where we get scripted drama, but the first episodes where we tell our story / strategy [and] win tasks were completely rejected so viewers only see us as drama. As usual, ‘they tweeted.

Although this post was later removed from their joint Twitter account, the sisters went on to tweet about why they signed up for the show in the first place: to raise money for The Brain Foundation, a charity that funds research into neurological disorders.

Their mother, Colleen, was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia in 2018, a rare neurological condition that resembles Alzheimer’s disease.

‘We came to the show to raise money for charity and raise awareness for The Brain Foundation. We didn’t have to do this show for exposure, ‘they wrote.

“ We signed up after they stressed and insisted it was going to be a show with heart as we had to take physical time away from our mom to do it. ”

The pair added: ‘Everyone knows that fighting is part of us – that doesn’t bother us. What it does is put us on board under the pretense of our hearts – then figure out why there was / our love for our team in the first place – and leave us alone with drama. Our charity earned so much more. ‘

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine for comment.

The duo’s social media spray comes after they threw the edit of the show and their rendition into another Twitter rant on Wednesday.

During the season premiere of Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday, tensions ran high when Jess and Lisa spit sisterly during a play in front of the camera.

Jess spoke of professional surfer and Instagram star Alex Hayes and explained that he had chosen to invite a friend to help him on an art challenge.

Lisa whispered to Jess, suggesting that she rephrase her statement that Alex was “just doing his own thing.”

‘Could you please just say it? My patience is getting thin, so if you know what to say, please say it, ”Jess snapped.

“It’s not important for me to say this,” she added angrily.

‘I’m annoyed!’ replied an exasperated Jess, waving her hands and gesturing aggressively.

“All I need is for you to say it instead of telling me how to say it. Do you understand?’ she asked.
