It appears that the upcoming map for Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 has been surprisingly leaked online. An enthusiast digging into the game’s data was able to extract an early image of the new map and post it to Twitter. It didn’t take long for Activision to issue a copyright warning, but that didn’t stop the leak from spreading more widely on other social media sites.
It is said that the map is called Vondel and is located in the Netherlands, and this is evident from the windmill that the Netherlands is famous for and it is clear that the map is dominated by the character of short buildings that do not exceed three floors. What we’re seeing is definitely just an early image showing the general feel of the upcoming Warzone 2.0 map as there are no actual textures in the map to talk about.
This building on the bottom left could be a school or it could be a prison or something. The gray part by the window is most likely a river, while the gray places to the right and left are most likely the city roads themselves. Of course, the lack of tall buildings makes it the perfect map for snipers.

What’s good about this map is that there’s more to it than maps with arid deserts or snowy ones. The European atmosphere in the map is what was lacking in the game throughout the last period, and it will give a different flavor to each player Warzone 2.0. The map is expected to be available with the launch of the fourth season on June 14th.
