A small notch where a bullet may have been hit remains visible on one of the doors and serves as a reminder of the horrible history of the car.

The shooting took place while Shakur was ruled by the notorious record producer Suge Knight after watching a boxing match at a casino.

Witnesses described that they saw a white Cadillac stop next to the black BMW of the pair – from which the attacker subsequently carried out the shooting within a few seconds.

Shakur, 25, was hit in the chest, arm, and thigh by four .40 caliber rounds fired from a gun.
