His driving license had been suspended in May 2022 until March 2023, after accumulating five traffic violations in nine months while on a good conduct license.

Less than three months later, she was stopped by police again on Campbell Parade in Bondi.
After officers used warning lights and signals to stop her, court documents reveal she told police she was “going through a lot right now” and was “not feeling well.”
Just four days later, she was stopped by police again in Randwick. When police asked her why she was driving without a licence, she replied: “No comment.”
Magistrate Megan Greenwood recorded a conviction and fined her $1,650, ordered her to perform 75 hours of community service and disqualified her from driving for three months.
“If you don’t do what the community corrections order says, you can be jailed for this offence,” Greenwood said at the time.
In a lengthy social media post in January 2024, the former television personality addressed the charges, explaining that she had been going through a “traumatic” time.
Rosie married her ex-husband Steve (both pictured in 2013) in 2010, three years after meeting on the set of Today. They separated in 2017 and finalized their divorce in 2019.
She told her followers she had experienced “difficult times” with high anxiety and PTSD following her divorce.
“It was a surprise!” she told her thousands of followers on Instagram.
‘To top it off, I made some stupid decisions by driving my car to the hospital after the operation with my driving license suspended. I regret that decision.’
The self-proclaimed “cheeky sober mom” explained that she was “in a lot of pain” at the time of the crime and made the regrettable decision to drive.
“I wish I could undo those moments, but I can’t,” he admitted, before sharing his optimism about the future.
