Fans of the BBC soap were shocked after Charlotte Berman threw her teammate Minah under the bus just two days before the finale.
‘Charlotte, I accused her at the second roundtable and she had proven her fidelity, so in my head I thought that she is the only woman who has proven to everyone that she is one hundred percent faithful, so surely she will think that I want to do it. Win with it,” he explained about his choice.
“But looking back now, because I accused her of not trusting me one bit.”
However, Minah went on to say that she wouldn’t change anything about how she played the game.
“I mean I would choose something different, but if I’m honest with you, I wouldn’t do anything different. I didn’t win but I went out the way I wanted with integrity,” she said.
‘My mission was clear, which was a brotherhood. I tried, as much as possible, to protect Linda, I never made rumors about Charlotte.
Of her possible other options for a traitor, Minah reflected: “Looking back, I should have chosen Lisa because Linda was out and in what world are there two older women? I thought she would have rather been killed than accept and she didn’t want to leave no one out of the game like that.’
“I could have chosen Frankie, but I didn’t think Frankie was cut out to be a traitor. If I had known Leanne was in the army, I would have chosen her, but she always seemed very worried to me. Obviously that was a game plan for her.
As the votes remained tied between Minah and Freddie in Wednesday’s dramatic episode, it was Charlotte’s vote that sealed Minah’s fate and left viewers rooting for the faithful to win.

Betraying the sisterhood, Charlotte explained, “I think you would be an incredible traitor, so I voted for you Minah.”
Speaking to the camera, Minah was evidently taken aback as she exclaimed: ‘I can’t believe it. I really hoped Charlotte would have had my back. She made me dirty.
Feeling bad after her decision, Charlotte admitted: ‘Oooh, I hope Minah forgives me. “I was just trying to think about my own preservation and my husband’s and myself.”
On Twitter, fans were left heartbroken for Minah when they wrote: “First time in the entire series I’m rooting for the faithful to win, Minah very much deserved the win.”
‘Okay, I don’t care, now take Charlotte out, I don’t care’; ‘Get in the trash can Charlotte’; “Charlotte deserves to win, brilliant game”;
‘DIVA DOWN DIVA DOWN (I hope Charlotte and Freddie don’t win xxxx)’;
‘So Minah’s biggest downfall from the beginning was seducing CHARLOTTE as a traitor!’;
‘Minah’s decision to recruit Charlotte has failed enormously’; ‘Oh Minah…we will miss you’;
‘no, because really what’s the point of continuing to watch? There is no Minah and Leanne will probably be killed’;
‘Charlotte is winning, isn’t that justice for my girl Minah?’; ‘the nation cries’; ‘Ooiiiiii, she made Minah dirtier than she did laundry. Although I take my hat off to her’;
‘The look on Minah’s face when Charlotte voted for her was pure gold’;

Earlier in the night, fans sent their ‘prayers for Minah’ after they took to social media to share their fears that her time on the show could be over.

Charlotte accepted Minah’s offer to join her as a Traitor during Thursday’s episode, however, by the end of Friday’s episode it became clear that the new recruit would happily throw Minah under the bus.
‘Minah simply wasn’t the traitor people have been arguing she is. If he were, he would have chosen his recruitments more wisely. Charlotte is taking the right steps.

After Minah was banished, Charlotte made the fateful decision to recruit Freddie as a traitor, as she knew she could be “evil” and take him down.
She told viewers: “I’ve basically already opposed Freddie, but without risk there is no reward.”
Making a decision together, Charlotte said, “Welcome to our new home, you are the first male member.” Tonight is the last murder, obviously someone has the shield.
‘Someone has it and if we fail, we fail. With Jake he defended Minah. With Frankie, she is a great ally to both of them.
‘Alexander is the one we want to attribute things to, so I was thinking about Leanne, she’s clearly a loyalist and I think it’s a risk to keep her around. Of the four of us we should lock up Leanne.
Freddie told the camera: “Oh my God, this is so stressful, Leanne is my favorite person here but now I’m a traitor and I have to think about myself.” I don’t know how to play this.’
Charlotte also slyly told the camera: “I’ve decided to hide from Freddie that I know Leanne has the shield, so I’m going to use it to benefit myself, which is kind of evil.”

In intense scenes, Charlotte tried to convince Freddie that the pair should murder Leanne, even though she knew she had the shield, making Freddie look guilty.
‘If I can get him to murder Leanne, she’ll come over for breakfast and the only two people who didn’t know about it are Freddie and Alexander.
“This thinking about Leanne is next level because if Freddie is on board it makes him look guilty and that will take me to the final and give me the glory.
‘I’ve been lying since day one, I don’t have a Welsh accent and what’s another lie in this web I’ve spun. Now I’ve gone over to the dark side.’
Fans fear that Freddie will fall into Charlotte’s trap, however, several were impressed with the clever clever move and described her as the “greatest traitor ever” and a “genius”.
