When Montgomery refuses to move, Luisa closes the window of the unit and blocks it.
"You're telling me I can not order because you do not speak English, who's wrong?" Montgomery steams.
Luisa threatens to call the police and two other employees to approach the client from the window and tell her that nobody speaks English at the restaurant.
After some swings, Luisa became frustrated and closed the window and threatened to call the police.
