He stars in Netflix’s new cult show Buying London as the head of a rival agency.
But few people have realized that Alex Bourne, co-founder of the London House agency, is actually the ex-husband of S Club star Rachel Stevens.
Alex, 47, who was married to his childhood sweetheart Rachel, 46, for 12 years until they split in 2022, does not mention his ex-wife on the show.
They share two daughters and Rachel is now in a relationship with Dancing On Ice pro Brendyn Hatfield, 37.
Following in the footsteps of Selling Sunset, Buying London is the latest offering to offer nosy viewers the chance to look inside incredible British mansions.

Alex appears in the show as a slightly ruthless rival to protagonist Daniel, 44, owner of the DDRE Global property.
During the show, Alex tries to poach real estate consultant Lauren Christy from Daniel, but lies to her about his motives when she confronts him.
The show is a constructed reality and, in fact, Alex is one of Daniel’s oldest friends.
But despite this, their competing business interests emerge on the show.
Rachel addressed her split from Alex and spoke with Sun after her separation from Alex.
She said: ‘It’s very difficult to express feelings, because there are so many. It’s been really painful, really sad. It has been the most important decision we have made in our lives, obviously, with our children.
‘I was worried that the girls would have the experience I had. We’ve gotten some amazing tips on how to talk to them. They know how much we love them and we’re not going anywhere.
‘Our separation is very amicable and that is helping a lot. It’s only been two weeks since we lived together. That was definitely difficult. We are doing it with love and respect, but it is a process. It took a lot of sailing. We are going to make mistakes and make mistakes. But we are recognizing it and I feel very lucky.”
