Reality TV star Suzi Taylor reportedly refused to take a roadside breathalyzer test because of her cosmetic lip fillers.
The 54-year-old Block star is reportedly facing charges of failing to provide a roadside breath test, driving without a license and being in charge of a vehicle while over the alcohol limit.
Police spotted her in the driver’s seat of a BMW X6 with the ignition on while it was parked in a postal zone on Alden Street Fortitude Valley on August 12.
Police will allege that Suzi, whose full name is Suellen Jan Taylor, first refused to take a breathalyzer test because of her lip injections, according to the Courier mail.
He is believed to have had a blood alcohol level of 0.028 when he provided a breath sample a short time later.
Police also claimed Suzi was not licensed to drive because her licence had never been reinstated after being disqualified by a court for three months in 2021.
The matter was reportedly briefly mentioned in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday but was adjourned until October 22.
