A man who raped a British teenager in the toilets of a nightclub on the Costa del Sol has been detained for six years.
The 19-year-old tourist asked him to show her where the toilets were in the Sala Gold sports bar in Malaga.
The 37-year-old followed her to a booth, assaulted her, lifted her dress and forced herself upon her, judges at the Audiencia Provincial Court in Malaga.

The court rejected its allegation that the couple had consensual sex in a written sentence made public today after a trial earlier this year.
The teenager told the rapist to stop repeatedly and sought help from a friend after the incident in 2017.
Investigators from a specialized police unit identified the man found guilty of forcing himself on the British tourist based on camera images and witness interviews.
He was later identified by his victim, but he insisted that she grabbed him by the arm during a police quiz and begged for sex in the restroom.

The convicted rapist, who has not been named, is expected to appeal and his identity will be kept secret until the outcome of the appeal is known.
The British holidaymaker, who gave his testimony via video link during the rape trial, returned to the UK immediately after the incident.
She is said to still receive counseling for the emotional trauma she suffered.
In addition to being jailed for six years, her rapist has been given a restraining order that prevents him from communicating with his victim for 11 years and has to pay 15,000 euros (£ 12,800) in damages.
