Alberto Crescenti, head of Buenos Aires emergency services, said Liam had a “skull fracture and extremely serious injuries that caused his immediate death.”

Tributes have poured in for the former One Direction star since his death and Australian panel The Project shared a heartfelt message on Thursday night.

An autopsy has revealed that Payne died from “multiple traumas” that caused “internal and external hemorrhage,” according to local media reports.

On Thursday, Liam’s family revealed they were “heartbroken” by his death, adding that the talented singer would “live forever in our hearts.”

“When he’s conscious, he’s destroying the entire room and we need someone to be sent,” the worker said.

City ambulance service spokesman Alberto Crescenti said Liam had fallen about 40 meters and suffered “serious injuries that were incompatible with life.”

He said: ‘The alarm was raised at 5:04 pm local time saying that a person was lying in an internal courtyard of Casa Sur. At 5:11 p.m. an ambulance arrived and the man was pronounced dead.
