Premier League fans took to Broadway before the sun came up Saturday morning as they gathered for the latest NBC Fan Fest in Nashville.

Supporters flocked to Honky Tonk’s iconic strip of bars and clubs ahead of a bumper weekend of football.

The Premier League began at 6:30 local time with Manchester City’s trip to Crystal Palace. But the doors to NBC’s Fan Fest opened more than an hour early.

First in line for this weekend’s event, at 12:30 a.m., were a group of Virginia Arsenal fans and they were soon joined by thousands more in Nashville.

NBC brought many familiar faces to Tennessee, including host Rebecca Lowe and analysts Robbie Mustoe, Robbie Earle and DailyMail.Com columnist Tim Howard.

Howard, Earle and Mustoe got into the Music City spirit and hopped on one of the local party bikes while it was surrounded by fans on Broadway.

They were soon joined by former Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City striker Daniel Sturridge.

The 34-year-old, who last played for Perth Glory in Australia, performed his iconic dance for the crowd in Nashville and revealed his origins.

‘We were in the crib, chilling, (strumming) the guitar, whatever. And then a song came along and, I don’t know why, I started doing that. Literally,” Sturridge explained.

“It became a joke between me and my cousins, then I played for Chelsea and danced at the weekend.

“Then I played for Liverpool and did the dance on my debut for them.”

The forward was then asked to perform the dance for the fans who had gathered at the end of Broadway.
