Woodford Folk Fest is not the first musical festival to be canceled in 2020 due to the corona virus
Bill Hauritz, Festival and Executive Director of Woodfordia, said: ‘Our team spent a lot this year hoping we could make a scaled-down version of Woodford, but the more we studied the more impossible it got.
We can never meet reasonable guidelines that the authorities have rightly set to make it safe in this Covid-19 world. ‘
Organizers announced that a new camping holiday would take place in September instead of the Woodford Folk Festival.
Bushtime is a five day and night camping vacation held between September 19-23 and September 26-30 can go hiking, biking and picnicking in remote places.
