The victim of the murder plan of a model has described her as one of the "most evil people I have ever met".
Tara Lambert, 35, was surprised when she asked an undercover police officer to throw Kellie Cooke into a wood shredder in 2015.
Lambert pleaded guilty in July to conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and was sentenced to only five years in prison, which Cooke believes is too short.
His victim described the model, who was stepmother of his children, as "one of the most evil people I've ever met", during his appearance on the Phil Show.

The undercover video showed Lambert sitting in a car with the detective, whom she believed to be a hitman, and laughing while asking him to kill Cooke.
"I hate her," Lambert de Cooke said in the video.

"Oh, my God," she replied. "Just put her in a helicopter, you know, like one of those lumberjack helicopter things."

The cops say that the plot occurred in a row about the visits.
Cooke, who said she did not approve of the way Lambert dressed inappropriately when attending events with the children, fell apart in the interview when Dr. Phil asked her if she had heard someone she considered a friend laughing while planning kill her

Lambert was sentenced to seven years in prison for the job in 2016.
An appeals court overturned that conviction last year, saying there was an error in the original accusation. She will receive credit for the time served from the previous conviction.

Although Lambert (in the police interview) denied paying the murderer, he pleaded guilty anyway to a single charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder.
The two women bitterly discussed visiting rights, which was what led Lambert to arrange for Cooke to be killed.
