A perverted police officer was jailed for eight years for caring for two schoolgirls for sex – and was caught fired by the North Wales Police Department for stalking a female officer.

34-year-old Stuart Bradshaw was paid to protect the community when he targeted two girls, ages 13 and 15, for “completely depraved” online chats.

A court heard that the PC used aliases with underage girls by impersonating a schoolboy to persuade them to engage in sexual acts and organize meetings.

Stuart Bradshaw, 34, was sentenced to eight years’ imprisonment for caring for two girls aged 13 and 15.

His grooming came to light after Bradshaw was expelled from the North Wales Police Department in 2017 for stalking a female police officer – and hacking her social media accounts – in 2017.

Bradshaw developed an ‘unhealthy obsession’ with fellow officer Emma Dinning, then 28, after meeting her through a dating site.

She ended their short-lived relationship – but Bradshaw had access to her Snapchat account more than 250 times to view photos, including in her underwear. He was fired after admitting to stalking.

But his former colleagues were then told that “creepy” Bradshaw had looked after the two girls before being fired.

Elen Owen, prosecutor, said a schoolgirl thought he was a slightly older schoolboy – and she considered him her boyfriend.

Bradshaw had called himself Simon Jones when talking to the first girl. He had encouraged her to perform sexual acts.

Miss Owen said, “When she was only 14, he agreed to meet her in London, but the girl’s father heard about her trip and stopped her. They eventually met when she was sixteen in a seaside town in Essex. ‘

The second girl received a friend request from a Justin Lambourne – also an alias from Bradshaw.

Ms. Owen said the girl became aware that Bradshaw had gone to trial in 2017 for the stalking charges and contacted his former police colleagues.

His electronic devices were examined to find the first girl’s email address and phone number.

Bradshaw from Hawarden, North Wales, was arrested. He later admitted that he made a child sexually active between August 2011 and August 2014.

He also admitted similar charges against a second girl between June 2012 and June 2013.

Eight years Bradshaw in Mold Crown Court prison, Judge Rhys Rowlands said, “It goes without saying that your behavior was completely depraved.

“At the time, you were a police officer who trusted you and was supposed to protect the community, but in the privacy of your home, you did the exact opposite.

“This was seriously depraved behavior. Your behavior included repeatedly targeting young girls who have enough on their plates without you seeking them out and putting them under pressure in various forms of sexual activity. ‘

Bradshaw was placed under an unlimited order to prevent sexual harm and must sign the sex offenders register.

The judge paid tribute to the hard work of his former colleagues from the North Wales Police Department after the victims reported this.

He was caught only after fellow police officer Miss Dinning raised the alarm – for “blitzing” her with lyrics that said he would never give up on her and sent gifts, including jewelry and flowers.

She ‘creepily’ sent Bradshaw a message to leave her alone, but he replied that he had a photo of her with her new partner.

Miss Dinning later reported Bradshaw, who threatened to harm himself, to the police.

Bradshaw was spared jail after admitting to stalking Miss Dinning – and gave him a 12-week suspended sentence from Flintshire magistrates.

He also was not allowed to contact Miss Dinning for five years.

Miss Dinning, who works for the West Midlands Police Department, said she admitted Bradshaw into her life for a short time after meeting him on the Plenty of Fish dating site.

She added, “I have a new life, I have moved on. But I feel like he’s lurking in the background and still haunting me. ‘
