As spring is in full swing, tourists flock to a beautiful botanical garden as its famous daisy field is in bloom again.
Hundreds of people travel each year to the Australian Botanic Gardens in Mount Annan, an outer suburb of Sydney just 50 minutes from the city, to admire the spectacular fields of daisies.
As the weather warms, a sea of more than a million Western Australian paper daisies bloom to cover almost 2,000m² of the venue’s Connections Garden.
Paper daisies will stay in bloom from September until around the end of October, so you’d better be quick if you want to experience their magic.
Magical snaps and videos of the yellow, pink, white and lilac flowers at their best time of year have flooded social media.

TikToker Maria, shared a clip of his visit to the “hidden daisy field” in the Mount Annan Botanical Gardens, which amazed thousands of people.
“I would literally be in heaven,” one viewer said.
“Our local and it always looks so pretty,” replied another and a third added: “So beautiful.”
While many Sydneysiders thought this enchanting attraction was no secret, others said they had no idea it was so close to the city.
“I’ve lived here most of my life and had no idea,” one viewer commented.

The seeds are planted in gardens in May and carefully tended throughout the following months, their flowering marking the start of spring.
Visitors will enjoy a feast for the senses as a kaleidoscope of colors, sounds of buzzing bees and floral scents fill this enchanting space.
The Mount Annan Australian Botanic Garden is also home to an array of native flora gardens, dreamy picnic areas, wildlife and walking and cycling trails.
The garden is open every day of the year from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and entry is completely free.
