An owner of a male swimming school has been accused of the alleged assault of two girls near Albury in the southern NSW.
Tap-Ky Duong, 41, who leads GT Aquatics in Lavington, south of NSW, has been accused of sexually abusing an eight-year-old girl during classes and sexually touching a 14-year-old girl on two different occasions.
The NSW team for child abuse and sex crime has launched an investigation into allegations that the man had molested the 14-year-old in August of last year.
The police also claim that during the lessons between May and September 2015, Duong sexually abused a girl of eight in the swimming pool.
Duong was charged in November, but attended the Albury police station on Thursday after further investigation.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of a major indecent attack.
The swimming instructor was given a strict conditional deposit on Monday to act at the local Albury court.
Investigations are continuing.
