But before finding fame on the big screen, this American actor rose to fame in a hit NBC comedy.
He would later become one of Hollywood’s most sought-after leading men, starring alongside the likes of Jennifer Lawrence.
Earlier this week, she shared her first headshot, looking almost unrecognizable with wavy blonde locks and a smoldering pose.

His wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, seemed shocked and commented, “This is a lot for me to process.”
Meanwhile, other fans were baffled by the appearance and noted that he looked like Patrick Swayze and John Schneider from Dukes of Hazzard.
Another said he thought it was Heath Ledger at first glance.
Born Christopher Michael Pratt in 1979, the Minnesota native appears to be in his early 20s in the moody black-and-white portrait.
Pratt was discovered at age 19 waiting tables at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company restaurant in Maui, Hawaii.

Director Rae Dawn Chong cast him in the short horror film Cursed Part 3, which got his foot in the door.
He then landed his first regular television role as Harold Brighton “Bright” Abbott on the series Everwood.
But it was in 2009 when Pratt really found success playing Andy Dwyer on the NBC comedy series Parks and Recreation.

Although the role was intended to be only a supporting character, Pratt’s humor and charisma convinced runners to turn it into a larger role.
After losing weight for 2011’s Moneyball, Pratt shocked the world with a toned mirror selfie, propelling him into Hollywood leading man status.
Thanks to his role in Guardians of the Galaxy, Pratt is now one of the most successful new stars in Tinseltown.
