The mother of a woman allegedly sexually assaulted by a British professor who was found dead in an Australian gorge has claimed the “creepy” academic was “obsessed” with her daughter and groomed her for years.

Professor John Forge, 77, was found dead last month at the bottom of Cataract Gorge in Tasmania.

It has since been revealed that he lived a life of debauchery, forcing sex workers to sign deals for $20,000 a month that required them to call him “daddy”, as well as smoking hookahs and snorting cocaine, just some of his many vices. .

The multi-millionaire award-winning philosophy professor was found dead just hours after a detective knocked on his door asking him to attend an interrogation session at the police station.

It is understood that the academic, who spent four years at the prestigious Warwickshire Rugby School as a teenager, was told by police that he faced allegations that he sexually assaulted a vulnerable woman, aged in her 30s, between 2019 and 2022.

That woman’s mother has now spoken out, saying Dr. Forge groomed her daughter and then began sexually assaulting her nearly five years ago, when she was 30.

“I was absolutely obsessed with her. It was creepy,” he said.

‘It took a lot of guts to go to the police and make your statement. (The alleged victim) has a strong sense of justice.’

While she was relieved that her daughter would not have to go through a daunting court process, the news was bittersweet.

“She told me, ‘He’ll never have his day in court.’ He’ll never have to pay for what he’s (allegedly) done.”

The allegations brought against Dr Forge related to alleged incidents that took place in New South Wales and Tasmania, with the esteemed ethicist moving from Sydney to Launceston in January 2022.

A Tasmanian spokesperson confirmed Forge’s death on May 2 in circumstances that were not considered suspicious.

As a child, Forge was sent to boarding school in Britain and attended the prestigious Rugby School in Warwickshire, which he described as a “dreadful place”.

Upon leaving the renowned private school, he spent 11 more years in education.

During that time, he studied at several major establishments, including Oxford and University College London, as well as Ivy League Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Dr Forge, who was in Sydney in 2000 and was appointed honorary professor at the University of Sydney in the early 2000s, focused his research on the moral responsibilities of scientists, particularly the use and development of weapons.

In addition to the Eureka Prize, his book The Responsible Scientist: A Philosophical Inquiry won him the 2009 David Harold Tribe Philosophy Prize.

The professor is understood to have a daughter from a previous relationship who is believed to live in the United States.

According to his website, titled ‘Morality Matters,’ Dr. Forge defined morality as ‘the way moral people should behave toward others.’

“To cause unnecessary and gratuitous harm is to commit a moral error,” he wrote.

He posted on his blog at irregular intervals, with entries dating back to June 2014. He wrote about topics such as refugees, the war in the Middle East, freedom of expression, climate change, as well as the Covid-19 pandemic and the use of vaccines.

However, since his death, his ‘double life’ has been exposed, with hAn alleged sugar baby companion says he was nearly exposed before he died.

Escort Skylar Silverstein spoke about her former client and claimed that she was involved in a “financial agreement” with him in which a strict “contract” was drawn up.

Silverstein’s allegations are separate from the other sexual assault allegations that have been made against Forge.

Now a note of Silverstein’s settlement has surfaced, where Forge describes his “duties to his dear papa John.”

He says: ‘She will do everything to make her dad happy. She will do it by being a good and obedient girl, but above all, she will love him and try to please him in everything she can. Her love is her greatest gift.’

‘His father will have exclusive use of his body, to do with it whatever he wants.

‘She has the right to say what she wants, but dad decides.’

She previously said of the deal: “We got on quite well and decided to work out a deal where I would see him a certain number of times a month,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

‘I received a generous monthly allowance of $20,000 plus exotic vacations.

“He took me to all the fancy restaurants and showered me with expensive gifts. We drank the best champagnes and wines. She bought me designer items and a luxury spa.

‘We share many personal details. I really felt like I knew him even at that moment. We talk on the phone every day.’

But despite his public appearances, Dr. Forge had a wild side and some very unusual fetishes.

‘He was extremely perverted. According to the agreement, he had to call him ‘Daddy John’ and he wanted me to be tied and gagged,” said Mrs. Silverstein.

‘He even turned to illicit drug use at age 77!’

A video also emerged purportedly showing him using a pipe to smoke marijuana, while a woman lights it, while another shows him inhaling what appears to be a white powder with a rolled up note, before rubbing the remaining powder on his gums.

The escort added: ‘I have an Onlyfans account and he was helping me with the content. His voice is in some of the videos.’

But after learning of Forge’s allegations, Silverstein told Daily Mail Australia that, upon reflection, their conversations were “creepy.”

The Sydney-based sex worker said: ‘In the settlement, he talked a lot about her (his alleged victim). It was strange,’ she said.

‘He said he loved her… (but) it was an unhealthy love. He was (supposedly) stalking her. She took advantage of the vulnerable. “It makes my stomach turn.”

Silverstein also claimed that the former professor was proud of his reputation and was skilled at hiding his true identity.

“He seemed charming, he was well respected in various academic circles, he was an author, he wrote many books,” she said. ‘But underneath, there were many skeletons in his closet that were about to be exposed.

“It’s ironic that he wrote a book on gun morality, but where was his moral obligation to this girl?”

Following his death, the mother of Forge’s alleged victim told Daily Mail Australia that the detective working the case called her at 3pm on May 2 to tell her he had just attended Dr Forge’s home. and had asked him to go to the police station to make a statement.

But a few hours later, the woman said she received a call from police to reveal that officers had found him dead at the bottom of the gorge.

“A citizen found his ID, phone and keys on a road and called the police, who came to look for him,” he said.

‘It happened an hour and a half after the coup.

“She was living a double life and was about to be discovered.”

Dr. Forge’s death has not been publicly announced, except that his Facebook page was changed to a memorial template.
