Coastal homes have become increasingly popular to look for, and those that have good access to a beach that ranks high on the list.
It reflects the ‘race for space’ amid the pandemic as people want to prioritize areas near open spaces and marine life, and is likely driven by flexible working, with some office jobs being performed from home.

Prices for the most popular holiday homes range from £405 per month for a three bedroom flat to £975 per month for larger properties – one in Scotland and the other in Pembrokeshire.
