Footage shows the moment a woman failed to sway languishing UFC lightweight Conor McGregor with an attempted twerk.
McGregor, 36, is seen partying near the unnamed woman last weekend in Sturgis, South Dakota, appearing somewhat aware of the stares and perhaps cameras on him.
He had been in town for the BKFC event hours earlier and stopped by the bar at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally where the festivities were in full swing.
While having a beer in a crowded bar, the woman is filmed trying to get his attention with a suggestive dance, leading him to simply walk away.
The prodigal fighter is co-owner of BKFC (short for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship). His appearance came as a surprise, as a total of 158,488 vehicles participated in the event from Friday to Sunday.

The UFC fighter was in town for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, which welcomed an estimated 158,488 vehicles over the weekend.
“This guy will never fight again,” one spectator tweeted of the widely watched encounter, as the clip gained popularity on social media.
“The girl started twerking and he didn’t want to hear anything about it,” added another, finishing off the comment with a laughing emoji.
“She tried to make fun of Conor McGregor,” added a clip shared again on TikTok.

Others made jokes about the woman’s height and many focused on the MMA star’s penchant for drinking.
On Saturday, just before the main event at UFC rival BKFC, he made a grand entrance that consisted of downing a beer in one gulp.
Flanked by the ring girls, he did so right in the middle of the ring.
The appearance, along with the former champion’s now-viral dance floor antics, served to reignite scrutiny around the star over his inactivity and alcohol consumption.
The star, who last fought three years ago, seemed somewhat aware of the eyes and perhaps the cameras on him.
He appears to try to ignore the girl as she approaches, before beginning a suggestive dance.
The woman is filmed apparently trying to get McGregor’s attention, leading him to simply walk away.
“This guy does everything except fight,” added another. “He wants attention more than a child.”
“The guy shows up in everything except his own fight,” another person said.
The last two jabs were in reference to the athlete’s failure to show up for his long-awaited comeback fight last June due to an unspecified injury.
Six weeks earlier, he was pictured partying on a night of dancing at his Dublin bar, The Black Forge Inn, after hinting he would be imposing a self-imposed ban on drinking alcohol ahead of his first fight in three years.
He was also seen sharing a kiss with his fiancée Dee Devlin, who was not with the star at the Sturgis bar on Saturday.
The couple has been together for over 15 years and share two children.
There has been no further movement regarding McGregor’s return to the Octagon, other than a recent meeting with UFC boss Dana White about another fight supposedly later this year.

On Sunday, 52,182 vehicles entered the highway, the South Dakota Department of Transportation said in a statement.
The rally is scheduled to end on August 11, as many attendees will stay and mingle.
The small town in western South Dakota usually only has about 7,000 people there to enjoy its bars and nightlife, but once a year it comes alive with the rally.

Since then, he has turned to gambling, recently placing a $500,000 bet that former rival Nate Diaz would secure a victory against the almost equally inactive Jorge Masvidal. Diaz won the fight by decision, earning McGregor more than $1 million.
He also bet $60,000 that Cristiano Ronaldo would finish as top scorer at Euro 2024, a prediction that did not come true.
A new fight for McGregor has not yet been announced. The actor has not commented on the images that have gone viral.
