Patrick Frazee's mistress was caught on the camera picking up food from Sonic after claiming she'd spent hours cleaning up the murder scene where her boyfriend killed his fiancé with a bat, footage exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com.
Krystal Lee Kenney is the star witness in the case against Frazee, 33, who is on trial for killing his fiancé Kelsey Berreth, 29, on Thanksgiving Day last year at her home in Woodland Park, Colorado. Her body was never found.
Kenney was seen in surveillance footage that went to a drive-thru window, and while she waited for her order, she primed and played with her hair before she left with her food around 24 hours on November 24, 2018 – the day after the alleged murder .
Kenney testified that she had collected the food for Frazee and his one-year-old child with Berreth after cleaning up splashing blood at Berreth's house for hours, and then went to Frazee's house with the fast food.
She claims that Frazee subsequently burned a black bag with Berreth & # 39; s body on his property.
Frazee denied that Berreth was murdered and pleaded not guilty of murder, as the court heard Friday from Frazee & # 39; s old friend, who claimed that Frazee said to him: & # 39; if there is no body, there is no crime & # 39; before and after Berreth has disappeared.

Also on Friday, Stephanie Courtney, an officer in the public prosecutor's office, was called to the stand to testify to the footage of Sonic surveillance.
Courtney said she had considered Kenney the woman who had gone to the fast food department the day after the murder, and also found that the black Volkswagen saw that the car had borrowed Kenney from a friend in Idaho to drive to Colorado.
Courtney said the last frame of the video, on which a blonde woman in a gray sweatshirt leaned forward to the passenger seat as she drove away, made it clear that it was Kenney who was driving the car.
Kenney went to the gallery last week to deliver her testimony about her former lover.
She revealed that Frazee and Berreth & # 39; s daughter, Kaylee, were in the back room when her mother was beaten to death by her father.
Kenney also claimed that she had left specific spatters of blood to be discovered by the authorities, telling prosecutors that she was using Windex and bleach to clean Berreth's home.
During cross-investigation, Frazee's lawyer wondered why Kenney had not warned the murder planning authorities when she & # 39; multiple options & # 39; had to do this.
Kenney explained that she was afraid of Frazee, with whom she went out in 2006 and then contacted him again when he was with Berreth and became his mistress in 2015.
Kenney described her tumultuous relationship with Frazee and said the two first met in 2006 during a dance and were together for a year before they decided to split up.

A year later she saw him again when he offered to give her a Border Collie puppy.
She made the drive to Colorado and upon arrival she was told that she had to break it with her then fiancé and had to join Frazee again.
Kenney said she refused his offer but left with the dog, which led to a threat to her ex.
& # 39; Patrick said if he didn't get the check, he would come to Idaho to kill the dog, & # 39; Kenney said KTVB.
Frazee dived again the day before Kenney's wedding and asked her to cancel the wedding, she said.
In the next five years there was no contact and Kenney had two children with her husband, but when they reached a difficult period in 2015, she contacted Frazee.
She also revealed how in March 2016 – while she was still married to her husband and Frazee was dating Kelsey Berreth – she heard that he was pregnant with his child.
Kenney testified that Frazee did not respond when she told him the pregnancy news, but expressed concern about the fatherhood of a & # 39; bastard child & # 39 ;.
He said to Kenney: & # 39; Well, I think you're a baby killer or not. & # 39; She told the court that she had broken off the baby.
She turned off their relationship for a while and asked for her husband's divorce.
Kenney testified that on Thanksgiving Day she received a phone call from a & # 39; rattled & # 39; Frazee (photo) who & # 39; said that I should clean up a mess & # 39 ;. Kenney shared the filthy details of her relationship with Frazee and claims that he demanded that she clean up the murder scene after he killed Berreth on Thanksgiving.
Kenney told the court that Frazee said that Berreth & # 39; s last words begged her fiance to & # 39; please stop & # 39;

Frazee greeted his ex by staring her down as she entered the courtroom, according to Fox 21.
Kenney came across a lot of the information she had shared in her interview with authorities earlier this year, including how Frazee reportedly asked her four times to kill Berreth.
In one case she had to give her drug-infused coffee. Kenney said she had brought Berreth the coffee in case Frazee was watching, but not poisoned as directed.
Then she was asked to take Berreth & # 39; s life with a baseball bat, but back on the scene, in case she was followed, she claimed.
Allegedly Frazee Kenney supplied a metal pipe and asked her to take Berreth out by slapping her in the neck.
Berreth, 29, was last seen nearly a year ago with the couple's daughter near her home in Woodland Park.
