A teenager in Chicago who was shot in the chest could not seek medical treatment until the next day because he was too drunk to remember.
Police said a 19-year-old man, whose name has not yet been disclosed, was shot around 11:30 pm Monday.
Finally, on Tuesday, he sought treatment at Roseland Community Hospital around 5 p.m.
