A nearby owner, Milton Lauscher, said he looked out of his window and saw a bull standing on a man on the floor.

Mr. Lauscher managed to take the bull away from the man, who then went and got into his truck.

He told me Erie Times news that he was also attacked by the bull, which he subsequently shot.

Mr Stephens was taken to UPMC Hamot with an ambulance.
