Police in the municipality of Ponce say that Jorge Delgado Díaz [49] accidentally stuck a knife in his chest on the morning of August 23 in his apartment.

According to Puerto Rican outlet El Vocero, Delgado Díaz stuck the knife through the right side of his thorax.
