The Locarno Film Festival presents the lineup for 2023


The Locarno International Film Festival unveiled the full program for 2023 on Wednesday, with dozens of world premieres scheduled to screen at the 76th edition of the Swiss festival.

The main section of Locarno’s Piazza Grande will feature several of this season’s festival favorites, including Cannes’ Palme d’Or winner anatomy of a fall from the French director Justine Triet starring Sandra Hüller; The last (and possibly last) feature of Ken Loach, the old oak; Noora Niasari’s Sundance Audience Award Winner shaydapresenting sacred spider the star Czar Amir Ebrahimi; and the comedy from Molly Gordon and Nick Lieberman theater camp, which won a Special Jury Award at Sundance.
