A new and unconventional technique of performing oral sex on a woman has been hailed by TikTok users as a “foolproof” way to achieve a female orgasm.
The measure, which young people have coined as “The Kivin Method” on social networks, involves the donor positioning himself next to his partner’s genitals on his side.

On TikTok, women and sex therapists have praised the method as “the best, most foolproof way to give oral sex” and “the most important piece of sex education you’ll ever need.”

Oral sex is usually performed from a frontal angle, but sexual health experts say approaching the vulva from a perpendicular angle increases the intensity of the sensation.
The sexual trend has also received attention from popular wellness outlets, including Kourtney Kardashian’s health and beauty website, Poosh.
In a recent column on the site, certified sex therapist Dr. Aliyah Moore wrote that the Kivin Method is: ‘It aims to offer a novel sensation with extra intensity through its unorthodox angle of clitoral stimulation.
“With this approach, people can increase the number of sensations and possibly make each sexual act more diverse and exciting.”
She explains that the Kivin Method has the donor lie perpendicular to the recipient with one of their legs on their partner’s back.
