After the man stopped Monday at 7:11 am in Johnson County, Iowa, US, the police discovered a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

The student admitted that he had recently smoked the substance and handed a bag of marijuana to the police, along with a pipe and a mill.

He appeared to show signs of deterioration by the police conducting a breath test – which registered a 0.00 BAC – showing that there was no alcohol in his system.

Along with standard austerity tests, the police concluded that his disability was due to the fact that he was under the influence of marijuana and determined that he was too high to drive safely.

Vogelgesang-Maurer was arrested and transferred to Johnson County Jail for two crimes.

He is faced with charges for driving under the influence and possession of a regulated substance.

He also received a traffic notification for using his phone to view South Park while driving.
