Police in Indiana say a couple are accused of deliberately forcing two teenage boys off the road for attaching President Trump’s flags to their bikes.

Hobart police say that the video found on Snapchat ultimately helped the officers identify and sue the alleged officers.

23-year-old Kyren Gregory Perry-Jones and 18-year-old Cailyn Marie Smith have been charged with the July incident.

The couple driving the car were said to have driven the 14-year-old teenage twin boys off the road after making threats against them.

23-year-old Kyren Gregory Perry-Jones and 18-year-old Cailyn Marie Smith have been charged with the July incident.

The boys told the police that the vehicle had come to them when the male driver asked one of the boys “if they were Trump supporters,” and he confirmed that they were.

The driver then turned to the boys and forced them onto grass on the side of the road to prevent them from being hit.

The driver would have followed the boys before he got out of the car and tore off the flag of one of the brother’s bikes.

After he dropped it on the ground, the driver then ran back to his car and drove off, “but not before he had run over the flag,” according to a statement as seen by Fox 10.

Perry-Jones and Smith are both accused of criminal counts of intimidation and criminal recklessness, crimes that could give them time in prison if they are convicted.

They were also accused of each counting theft and criminal calamity, both crimes.

Although the incident occurred in July, the charges were only initiated after a delay in obtaining the videos and other related information from Snapchat.

The videos allegedly made by the couple show their meeting with the boys.

“The driver turns the wheel sharply as if he saw the boys and wanted to hit them with the vehicle, shouting,” You’d better go home, “says the sworn statement.

A male voice then tells the female passenger in the car to “pull that flag down” before video shows that she is trying to reach through her window before telling the male driver to come closer.

“The female then hears say” You will be scared, just like your president “and” America is not great “, accompanied by a bit of scorching.

In a second Snapchat video, Perry-Jones reportedly says, “Don’t let me see you in town,” to one of the guys who threatens to beat him up if he does.

Perry-Jones is said to have threatened to beat the boys up because they called 911, according to the court.

In the video, Perry-Jones also said that if the police questioned him about it, he would only say that the boys called him a racial stain.
