A home cook has impressed hundreds of others online after telling how she made a delicious chicken fillet in her slow cooker.
Sarah posted a video to the Facebook group Slow Cooker Recipes Australia saying the chicken took a total of five hours to cook perfectly.
“I made this delicious slow cooker pulled chicken today – so tasty and great in burritos and enchiladas,” she said.
Sarah said the dish would suit adults, or a family of five or six.

To make the homemade meal, Sarah used skinless chicken breast, onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, chicken stock, and a variety of spices to season.
The recipe itself is easy to follow and it doesn’t take long to prepare the ingredients.
Other home cooks were very impressed with how the chicken turned out, many of whom said they would love to make it themselves.
HOW TO MAKE SLOWLY COOKED CHICKEN CHICKEN
3 skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
400 ml tomato cubes
1/2 cup of chicken stock
1 tablespoon of cumin, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, coriander powder, dried parsley
Salt and pepper of your choice
Fresh chili (optional)
Fry the diced onion and garlic until soft
Toss in slow cooker along with tomatoes, stock and herbs
Mix and adjust if necessary
Add chicken, place the lid on the slow cooker and cook over high heat for 4.5 hours
Take out the chicken and grate it and then return to the slow cooker for another 30 minutes

She started by boiling all the ingredients in cooking pots and pans for two hours, then transferred them to the slow cooker for another two hours to develop the flavor.
As with the pulled chicken post, the chicken pesto penne recipe also received praise from others online.
