A Hollywood heartthrob looked completely unrecognizable while filming a new comedy series for Hulu wearing a scruffy blonde wig and a large, prosthetic nose.
The actor has appeared in numerous blockbusters in recent years, including this summer’s hit Twisters and also Top Gun: Maverick in 2022.
Filming for the upcoming show titled Chad Powers officially kicked off this week on Tuesday in Atlanta, and the lead star was spotted on set in a ridiculous costume for the big role.
The actor is none other than Glen Powell, 35, who apparently also opted for false teeth and a mustache to complete the overall makeover.
He was wearing a pair of comfortable yellow shorts, as well as a dark blue Nike T-shirt with the number “200” printed on the front.

The premise of the comedy series is based on a Eli Manning sketch which previously aired on ESPN+, for Deadline.
Chad Powers will be directed by Tony Yacenda and also stars Quentin Plair, Wynn Everett, Perry Mattfeld, Frankie A. Rodriguez and Steve Zahn.
The Hit Man actor not only took on the lead role, but also co-created the series and serves as executive producer alongside Michael Waldron.
Eli Manning is also one of the executive producers of the Hulu series, which will consist of 30-minute episodes for viewers.
In a joint statement released in February, both Powell and Waldron expressed, for Variety“We’re both die-hard college football fans. When we saw Eli as Chad Powers, we knew this was the path to a great, fun story about this world.”
“We’re excited to be part of this team and can’t wait to get Chad in the game. Think fast, run fast.”

The entertainment company was founded by his brother and former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning in 2020.
As well as filming his latest series, Glen has been keeping busy and recently celebrated the release of his film, Twisters, which became a box office hit.
The film was released in theaters last month in July and has so far grossed $335.9 million at the box office on a $155 million budget.

During a recent interview with Ranting at the screen, Powell spoke about a kissing scene with co-star Daisy that was cut from the film by executive producer Steven Spielberg because it was “too cliché.”
Glen joked to the outlet: “I’m taking it very personally. I’m sure you’ve seen the behind-the-scenes footage where I got to kiss Daisy Edgar-Jones, which is all that counts. (Laughs) We had a blast and I’m very proud of the film.”
He also shared his thoughts on the fans’ response to the cut scene, stating that “it shows that people care, which is really cool.”
“I love the excitement that people have had about this movie. Daisy and I send each other TikToks and gifs. There’s a lot of fun stuff that comes out of it. It’s fun.”
“That’s what summer cinema is all about. That’s what it’s all about: creating a conversation and a cultural moment, and people dressing up and doing whatever they want. It’s been really amazing. So, kiss or no kiss, everybody wins,” the actor continued.
However, in a separate interview with ColliderBoth Glen and Daisy seemingly hinted that the kiss scene was omitted due to the possibility of a sequel.
During a recent interview with Screen Rant, Powell discussed a kiss scene with co-star Daisy that was cut from the film by executive producer Steven Spielberg because it was “too cliché”; seen in July at Universal City.
The Normal People actress said: “I think it’s really wonderful to feel like there’s a continuation. This isn’t the end of their story. They’re united by their shared passion for something.”
Powell added: “I think this movie is not about them finding love, but about Kate getting back to what she loves, which is chasing storms. That’s what we have at the end of the movie.”
“They share this thing, and their passion and sense of home is revitalized.”
She further expressed: “I feel like a kiss wouldn’t represent the right goal at the end of the movie. And that’s a good point by Spielberg. That’s why that guy is still in this game. It’s amazing.”
