The veteran actor, 69, was seen with a pained expression as he held crutches and tried to get out of his car outside the Chateau Du Soleil venue in Byron Bay.
A source told Daily Mail Australia that Mark, who has appeared in films with Russell Crowe and Paul Hogan, was unable to walk Tammy down the aisle because he was injured shortly before the ceremony.
The Hembrow patriarch was forced to skip most nuptials to receive treatment for leg pain.
It is believed that Mark made an early morning appointment with a hairdresser and while there he hurt his leg, causing him to miss most of the big day.
The Young Doctors star was forced to undergo medical treatment and was put on crutches, and his injury tragically meant he was unable to be at Tammy’s side when she married Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski.
