The lavish Broadbeach Waters mansion used to film the first season of The Bachelors has sold for a record sum.

The house, which was marketed as a “slice of Beverly Hills” to potential buyers, changed hands for a cool $18 million.

This is the highest price paid for a property in Broadbeach Waters, according to realestate.com.au.

The mansion had been used as a vacation home by previous owners and was attracting interest from around the world.

He appeared in the 2022 season of The Bachelor franchise spinoff, The Bachelors, with Felix Von Hofe, Thomas Malucelli and Jed McIntosh.

Film productions are known to pay up to $45,000 per week for a desirable location.

The Monaco Street mansion last sold for $14.5 million in October 2021.

This significant sale also broke records for a Broadbeach Waters property at that time.

The two-story mansion has four large bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym and an outdoor pool.

Created by renowned Gold Coast designer Jared Poole, the home boasts waterfront views and an impressive river position.
