Helena, who appears on the show with her mother Alison and father George, admitted that she “doesn’t really watch TV” when she’s not on Gogglebox.
‘I don’t really watch TV at home, I don’t have TV but [Gogglebox is] How do I catch up with what’s going on? I go to my mother’s house and use her electricity to watch TV,” she said.
“It’s a pretty good job because you can sit and eat and watch TV.”

Her mother, Alison, meanwhile, has gushed about her daughter, saying it’s “lovely” that the family trio gets together every week to watch TV.
‘There is no escape for Helena. She has to come see her mom and her dad,” the doting mom said.
