Office workers, flight attendants and specialists use a ‘life-changing’ pillow to improve posture during the day and sleep quality at night.
The humanity ‘Go Pillow’ was launched in November 2021 and is making waves online and in homes.
It took founder Steph Wyborn, from New Zealand, 16 versions to create the perfect product, made from lightweight advanced memory foam, with the idea from her kitchen bench.
Unlike regular pillows, the Go Pillow has a unique curved design that is ideal for back or side sleepers and can be used while flying, working in the office, meditating, resting, driving or doing yoga.
Ms Wyborn told FEMAIL the pillows are used by athletes, plastic surgeons and travelers on the go.
Teri O’Toole of the Federal Secretary of the Flight Attendants’ Association of Australia said it had a positive impact on her health and general well-being.

‘I’ve always struggled to find a pillow that provided both support and comfort and wasn’t too soft or too hard. This has never been easier, but your product is IT,” Ms. O’Toole told FEMAIL.
“I was skeptical that a pillow could have such a positive impact on my health, but they were right. I sleep longer and better than before and the fact that it’s small and has a carry bag for travel only adds to the benefits.”
Sleep is vital because cabin crew are always traveling back and forth between hotels, home and plane for work, so it makes sense for the crew to have their own travel pillow.
“Sleep well is essential to health and overall well-being and I believe the Go Pillow is an investment to make any sleeping experience better. This would be great for airlines as part of the uniform,” Ms O’Toole said.
Dr. John Ferguson FRACS, an orthopedic spine surgeon, also described the pillow as a “premium product that promotes neck health.”
“Personally, my family benefits from sleeping on Hyoumankind pillows, professionally it’s another sensible tool for reducing pain and promoting recovery,” Dr. Ferguson to FEMAIL.
