The girl who “ordered the hit squad” to kill her mother is considered “sane”

Date:

A 14-year-old schoolgirl, who is being held in Russia on suspicion of ordering the murder of her single mother, has been declared sane and could face court over the alleged murder.

Anastasia Milusskaya, 38, was beaten and strangled to death by “teenage contract killers” when she arrived home.

Two days later, the real estate agent’s body was wrapped in plastic, mattressed and thrown into a garbage bin in Balashikha, Moscow Region.

Her daughter was arrested with a 15-year-old boy who lived in the family’s apartment.

A police medical examination concluded that the girl, who was not named, was “of sound mind” when she allegedly ordered the killing, reports say.

This means she could face court over the alleged murder, with the maximum possible sentence of ten years starting in a youth correctional colony.

The mother allegedly ordered the boy out of their apartment, believing he was a bad influence on her daughter.

Law enforcement suspects that the daughter and boy then plotted to order two other teenagers to kill her mother in return for the 350,000 rubles (£3,650) the girl intended to get from Anastasia’s savings.

‘I had no doubts about (her sanity),’ a friend of the family said at the mother’s funeral this week.

I assure you, she was an ordinary, ordinary teenager. This is the worst part.
