Tammie Wilson, a Republican representative in North Pole, described that the girl was suspended for excessive violence after the incident.
The girl – who is not the student who is passing – is said to have been blocked from leaving the toilet and kneading the boy who was sent to the hospital for his injury.
On Friday, Wilson announced that she had been in contact with the girl's family and said she greeted the behavior.
But when someone went into the girl's bathroom, the girl knelt him in the groin and said he had gone to a hospital (stock)
& # 39; I said: & # 39; Good for her & # 39 ;, said Wilson, according to the Fairbanks Daily News Miner. & # 39; I would have taught my daughter to do the same. & # 39;
Wilson became familiar with the incident when she saw several messages on social media and when a voter contacted her.
& # 39; Wasn't she supposed to protect herself? & # 39; she said. & # 39; She was where she belonged. They were not. & # 39;
Fairbanks North Star Borough School District released a statement and said policies stated they could not disclose the student's identity.
& # 39; We are not arguing for violence as a means for students to achieve safety & # 39 ;, said Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. 39;
School expelled the girl and made it so that the boys could not go to the school ball
Gaborik also said that all parties involved missed the school balloon that took place on April 6.
& # 39; Based on the results of the (Title IX) investigation, the school board gave discipline to both the female student and seven male students involved in the incident on 8 April, she said. & # 39; The male students were disciplined because they tried to enter the toilet. There was no evidence that the male students threatened a student or used any form of violence against other students. & # 39;
The girl's sisters both took their social media to defend their sister and blamed how the school approached the problem.
One of them said: & # 39; expelled ** my sister was banned because he fucked a dude in the dick after blocking her in the WOMENS bathroom. & # 39;
The girl's sisters also claim that the school district supervisor does not really look at all the evidence
The other added: & # 39; And of course the district will defend their actions. the amount of lies that is spread about this situation and my sister are absolutely ridiculous. Sooooo done. & # 39;
On Monday, the school district added their statement and said: There was and remains a discussion between students about transgender students at NPHS and the use of toilets.
& # 39; Teachers, counselors, supporters, and administrators assist students in navigating that dialogue. The neighborhood gives extra counselors to schools when it is certain that help is needed. & # 39;
Wilson plans to resolve the issue with members of the Board of Education.
