A 23-year-old mother was arrested almost four months after her drowning in a swimming pool in an apartment complex in Florida for manslaughter.
Authorities of the Browser County Sheriff's Office said that Wildline Joseph was arrested Saturday at 1:00 am for the death of Branario Minto, 5 and six-year-old Yes & Kye Joseph.
The brothers were found dead on May 22 at the bottom of the swimming pool of the Silver Palms apartment complex in North Lauderdale.
At the time, Wildline Joseph told the authorities that the boys left their apartment in the middle of the night to go swimming while she slept.
Police said their mother and other family members had taken the boys out of the pool around 9:30 pm, but they did not respond.
Told Sgt Don Prichard Fox news that & # 39; detectives said that Joseph had not provided proper care and supervision for the brothers, making her responsible for their death & # 39 ;.
Family members performed CPR while waiting for the first responders to arrive.

Researchers said they had obtained surveillance video in which the boys ran unattended to the pool around 7 p.m., according to Fox News.
Lauderhill police also arrested Joseph & # 39; s friend, John Lynn, 24, on the same charges on Tuesday.
According to the Sun Sentinel, Lynn is not the biological father of the boys, but he lived in the house then.
